For participating in ForthBox DeFi, please refer to the following steps:
Prepare a wallet
(1) Log in to Chrome, download and install MetaMask through the Google App Store (Chrome browser is recommended).
(2) Create and bind a BSC smart chain wallet address in MetaMask.
(3)Buy FORTH then transfer to your wallet.（Refer to FORTH Purchase instructions and Cross-chain bridge Guide）
(4)Buy FBX.（Refer to FBX Purchase Guide）
1. Staking
(1)Go to ForthBox DeFi, pick one of the pool that offers Fighter NFT rewards you want. It is possible for you to stake in each pool If you have enough FBX and FORTH.
(2)Take the first pool as an example. Click the button ''Details'', skip to the next page.
(3)Click ''Approve'', then click ''comfirm'' on the page of Metamask.
(4)Click ''Farming'' to get Fighter NFT rewards immediately. And your FBX will be returned in 30 days.

(1)Go to ForthBox LP Farm, pick the pool that you want to stake FBX/USDT or FORTH/USDT in. It is possible for you to stake in each pool If you have enough FBX, FORTH and USDT.
(2)Take the first pool as an example. Click the button ‘’Details’’, skip to the next page. Click ''Stake''.
(3)Click ‘’comfirm’’ on the page of Metamask.
(4)Remember to claim your rewards.
